This site was established in protest against Qatar Airways for the unjust action of banning Josh Cahill and terminating the hardworking crew who operated the flight he reviewed. Where there is smoke, there is fire, and this incident has exposed into the public eye the systemic failures within airline..
The impulsive mistreatment of frontline staff for management failures, resulting in a toxic culture of fear, is unacceptable. Equally reprehensible is Qatar Airways' management employing tactics of emotional blackmail, distorting events, and attempting to silence critics rather than accepting constructive feedback. Bullying has no place in aviation or humanity. Every staff member and passenger deserves to be treated with respect in an environment free from abuse.
Until Qatar Airways takes the following actions, this site will remain active and continually improve:
- Publicly and formally apologize to Josh Cahill for the substandard flight he experienced and the subsequent poor treatment.
- Publicly and formally apologize to the dismissed crew.
- Announce and initiate company-wide cultural changes that promote respect and enhance working conditions for Qatar Airways staff.
